Job Information

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Serve as the Tier-1, Tier-2 help desk support with hardware, software and application issues over email, phone or in-person
• Perform remote troubleshooting through proper diagnosis
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users
• Escalate issues to the next level of support personnel when required
• Document incidents and their resolution in ticket tracking software
• Update company knowledge base on a regular basis
Qualifications
• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science
• 2‐3 years of help desk experience may be substituted for educational requirement
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within IT
• Current working knowledge of business computers, printers, laptops, VPN, remote access, VOIP and common windows applications.

This is a full‐time position, Monday‐Friday, 8:00 am‐5:00 pm.
